A run did not record, or recorded badly
Wildloop needs location access with precise location on, and permission to keep using it in the background so a run keeps recording with the screen off. On iPhone that is Settings › Wildloop › Location. A track with long gaps or impossible speeds is still saved, but it does not count for territory, records or segments, and the activity page says why.
Trails near me look wrong
Trails come from OpenStreetMap and public land agencies. If one is missing, misplaced or named wrongly, email us the trail page link and what is off, and we will fix it at the source where we can.
Signing in
If you signed up with Google or Apple, sign in the same way: there is no separate password. If you signed up with an email and password and have lost it, use Forgot password.
Reporting an athlete or an activity
Use Report on the activity or profile, or block the athlete from their profile. For anything urgent, email us as well.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings and choose Delete account. It removes your activities, photos, reviews, comments, kudos and follows straight away and cannot be undone. Export any routes you want to keep as GPX first.
