1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a WildLoop account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use WildLoop.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use WildLoop.

3. Activities and territory game

WildLoop records GPS activities and runs a territory-conquest game on top of them. Submit only your own genuine activity data. Fabricated, manipulated, or impossible GPS tracks may be rejected by our anti-cheat checks and can lead to removal of claimed territory or your account.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the activities, reviews, photos, and comments you post. You grant WildLoop a license to store and display that content so the app can function. Don't post content that's unlawful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Safety

Outdoor activity carries real risk. WildLoop is a tracking and social tool, not a safety device or navigation authority. Always assess conditions yourself, follow local rules, and don't trespass to claim territory. You participate at your own risk.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as WildLoop evolves. We'll revise the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
